I put two tickets on this site and 2 days later they were just not there anymore. Called and they put them back on and happened AGAIN! Now still holding tickets too close to game day! Very LOUSY place to sell. Go to stub hub Or a better I tried in a number of ways to make this work but could not. Also just to edit one letter of a word on yo ur own comments on this site you must DELETE THE WHOLE THING and redo the whole thing you just spent time doing. Very poor programming on this site. Vivid seats.....go to a better site to sell your tickets!p

Vivid Seats - Concert Ticket Review from London, Ohio

I bought tickets to a Sept 18th twenty one pilot's concert for my daughter in March. I've been contacting their customer service daily for the last week trying to get the tickets or instructions to get the tickets. It's now the 16th and I've gotten no answers from vivid and no tickets. This site has to be a scam. I'm going to file a complaint to the state attorney general and the better business bureau.

Very inaccurate and tricky checkout, terrible refund policy

I bought tickets to a baseball game, they offered four and i only wanted two. They said I could buy only two but the option must have been hidden. Ended up paying twice as much for 4 tickets instead of the two that I wanted. Emailed and called customer service and they told me I was out of luck and I can resell on the site and they'll take 10% of my money! No customer service at all, only focused on taking money. Still trying to resell, not trusting this site. Terrible service and overall a very terrible ticket experience.

atleast you can resell on their shady website, because we live in canada it wont let us resell on their site for an event in canada. I hate this company so much.

This seems to be a common practice. As well as the offer to try reselling the extra tickets you supposedly "purchased."

Purchased 2 seats 05/02/2015 for "Dancing With The Stars" event in Cherokee Casino on June/27/2015. Paid $818.55 for great seats in section 202. I was promised tickets by 06/23/2015. None had arrived? Called Vivid and was told tickets I would be available for download tickets the day of the event. The morning of the event Vivid calls and tells me my seats purchased over a month prior were not available? I was offered seats in the back row of the balcony section. There attitude was take it or leave it! I was PISSED! I've made special plans for the romantic occasion for my wife and I over a month in advance only to get a pair of seats no one else wanted. I'll never use Vivid seats again!

Purchased tickets were "NO GOOD"-DUPLICATE TICKETS SOLD

We were VERY EXCITED about seeing ROD STEWART @CAESARS IN VEGAS. Ordered 2 tickets online through Vivid Seats.

(The first AND LAST time we have ever used this site!) After not receiving confirmation e-mail, I called. After a very confusing, unprofessional phone person finally got to me on hold, she said e-mail was sent. I DID NOT GET IT. Anyway, she resent TWICE with me holding on phone.

Finally got it, printed tickets, thought all was good. Vegas here we come!! Got to show 15 minutes early, we were stopped at door and held. OUR SEATS WERE ALREADY OCCUPIED!

Caesar's personnel did some research.

Said tickets were sold twice. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!

What a nightmare! I mistakenly bought a ticket for the wrong night of a show.. which showed up as a will call ticket. I called the company literally 5 minutes after my transaction took place. "Sorry we can't do anything your credit card has already ran through" Are you serious????? As a business, you can figure that out. Then the customer service rep said I could resell on their site. I said GREAT how? turns out my will call ticket can not be resold... on ANY site. What a freaking scam. Thank you for nothing, VividSeats. Also, you should have a summary page before the customer hits complete transaction. I wouldn't have even bought the ticket if I had seen your outrageous extra fee before. It would have also kept me from buying the wrong night

I purchased tickets to see the Who perform at Sprint Center in Kansas City on May 5th, 2015. The concert was postponed due to a Roger Daltry's doctor ordering vocal rest. To date, the rescheduled date has not been announced, neither has a time frame been given as to when the rescheduled date will be announced. I contacted the company whom Vivid Seats purchased the tickets from, axs.com. They were willing to refund the tickets, however, I learned that they had not been purchased in my name. Therefore, they could not credit my card. Upon contacting Vivid Seats, they refused to refund my tickets or provide me with any information concerning their efforts to communicate either a reasonable timeline for the announcement of a reschedule date or an update on the event. I was told that this was handled by "another department". Vivid Seats also refused to give me the name of the mystery department or any contact information of someone who was "authorized" assist me. As it stands, I have no idea when the event will occur if at all. I am not being assisted in finding out any further information, and I am denied a refund. I purchased these tickets in hopes of seeing the Who perform with my son. I am a cancer patient and was hoping to make some memories. I am relocating soon to another state in order to receive treatments for cancer within the next few months. Unless I know the date the tickets have no value as I will not be able to attend a Kansas City concert once I have moved. Vivid Seats could easily refund my tickets and retrieve their cost through axs.com. Apparently, they would rather lose a customer and violate their 100% buyer guarantee which states regarding accuracy: "Your order will be accurate We work in tight collaboration with our ticket resellers for your order, and we guarantee that the tickets you receive are identical, comparable or better than the ones you ordered, or your money back." http://www.vividseats.com/guarantee.html

Theft by deceiving

They charged almost 50% for additional service charges that were not mentioned anywhere. Called their service, customer service was of no help, DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE, they are thieves. It was a mistake buying tickets from them, I should have known better to not place any charges. I should have read the reviews before placing a charge on the tickets. I should have relied on StubHub and TicketMaster, they do not have any service charges. Vivid seats should not exist. These people are snakes. Never buy from this site ! They will rip you off. Bye

Vividseat.com sold us fraudulent tickets

DO NOT use VIVIDSEATS.com affiliated with Ticketmaster! We were sold fraudulent tickets to the One Direction concert last night. We purchased these floor tickets last December, so this was a pretty significant Christmas gift for my girls. I will spare you the great emotions and devastation they felt as we were denied entrance. We had to stand in a long line of 50-75 other families who experienced the same exact deal. When we finally reached the cop at the head of the line and filed a report, he confirmed that VIVIDSEATS.com had sold so many fraudulent tickets. I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau. I will not be quiet on this matter. Spread this to anyone and everyone and hopefully you will not experience this horrendous ordeal that my girls went through who counted down the months, weeks, even hours until they could see their favorite band!

This company should be shut down. Not only do they charge a ridiculous mark up, they don't deliver what they promise. They have had $400 since July and have notified me that my tickets will arrive via FedEx the day prior to the concert. Customer service sucks and admitted they don't have the tickets. What a devious way to make a buck!

Seating Misrepresentation

I bought 2 orchestra tickets to the Broadway musical Hamilton for $1,200 thinking they were in the center and they were in the left orchestra. Their website states seats in the orchestra center, left or right and just plane orchestra. I bought these tickets assuming they were in the center, especially considering the price. I called their customer service center and was told that they simply display whatever the seller puts down in their web form. They should require the seller to be specific about the tickets location. The customer service manager was very defensive and not open to my concerns at all. I've had issues with this company before and they are very self righteous and arrogant. I would avoid them like the plague. There are many more reputable resellers to work with.

Customer Servcie

I placed an incorrect order in October for an event that takes place in February. I contacted live chat to cancel or modify the order. They refused to lift a finger, saying that a binding contract had already been done. I had never done business with Vivid before, but based upon this experience I will never do anything again. I routinely use Stubhub and Ticketmaster to purchase tickets and never had really run into this type of situation before. I did get a call from a supervisor, who just reiterated the company line. I noticed a lot of bad reviews online when I searched things.
