I was told I could of got tickets for a lot cheaper being on the phone with a representative then ordered them online getting charged double then what I had been told not being able to speal with that representative again due to him being busy or call volume

Bought two tickets online in Dec. 2019 to see the Rockettes at Radio City Music Hall. We paid 189.00 a piece for third row. When I printed the tickets I had Row V 2nd a RIP OFF ! I called the same day and they just offered me 40.00 for each ticket credit.. Haven't used it, because we will never purchase another ticket from you again..

I was concerned about getting a refund for tickets we purchased for a show that was cancelled. Vivid Seats sent an email advising that they were giving us credit but if we wanted a refund we had to contact them within 7 days. The problem was, they made it impossible to contact them. Their phone line was just a never ending series of prerecorded messages that never addressed my issue. Their live chat is actually a virtual assistant that could not rectify the problem. And they did not disclose their customer service email address anywhere. Every email I sent was bounced back because the mailbox was automated, not managed. Luckily we came across Pissed Consumer which facilitated my contacting the company. It was also where I found a viable email address for Vivid Seats, so I followed up in a direct message to them as well. To my surprise, Vivid promptly responded and initiated my refund request. I received confirmation yesterday that the refund was approved and should be received in a matter of days. This is all thanks to Pissed Consumer because if not for them, I dont believe I would have been successful in reaching the company within the 7 days required. Thank you for your assistance! Interesting, I also got an email stating I needed to respond within 7 days to get the refund, or else I get credit at 110% the value, and they did provide a link to do that. I did respond within a couple of days, and I got an email back from support "clarifying things".

Their clarification was that if I responded within 7 days to this new email, I can get my refund, or 120% credit. I did not respond within 7 days of that second email, so it is reverting back to the 110% credit, not the new120%, instead of the cash refund that I am owed since I met the original 7 day requirement. I had a little back and forth with support telling them I expect my refund, then they stopped communicating.

I found a spot on their website to try a different route, and after a few days now still no response. So far, horrible experience with Vivid.

Bought tickets in February for a concert in August Covid-19 caused the cancellation of the concert vivid seat had a guarantee on those tickets only if it was cancelled which it was they were to refund all my money plus all fees. vivid changed this policy after the fact and now only offer a " future ticket" and changed the amount of the value of the useless tickets from the 110% now to only 100% shady business when they take my money and refuse to refund it and offer nothing in return

Purchased tickets to wrestlemania

I purchased tickets for a christmas gift for my son for wrestlemania 37 and paid 345 dollars i called vivid seats to see if they had received my payment they said they did but in order to activate the tickets I would have to purchase a 200 dollar ebay card I told them that that wasn't in their advertisement and told them just to give me a refund they told me that they wouldn't be able to do that unless I paid the 200 dollars extra on an eBay card or if WrestleMania was canceled, so I am now disputing it with my bank when I talked to the representative he told me to go purchase an eBay card or a vivid seats card from Kroger, and he would activate my ticket he never told me it was a gift card u found that out from the representative at Kroger they had them for 50 and 200 dollars, so I called vivid seats back and that's when they told me to purchase the 200 dollar card not the 50 dollar card

Today is the day of my event that was canceled over 2 months ago and I did not receive a refund or credit. IN FACT.....they told me the event was only "postponed" which is BS - it is canceled!

The stadium did not even issue tickets because the event was canceled before tickets were printed and distributed. They are telling me to "hold on to my tickets and when the event is rescheduled I can use the tickets" - THERE ARE NO TICKETS!!!

So they have just stolen my money and I plan to file a small claims court lawsuit and I have joined a class-action lawsuit against them.My bank has also stepped in even though it was last February when the tickets were purchased. They are also going to try and get my money back.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH VIVID SEATS - EVER!!!

My event was canceled 7 weeks ago and I can not get through to Vivid Seats to get a refund. I called again last week because the entire PAC-12 football season has now canceled, and I was told that I would get a refund with 5 days or an email explaining when my refund would be applied. I have received nothing but ROBOT CALLS AND EMAILS! I live in Indianapolis but have a condo in Chicago where Vivid Seats is located. I am tempted to drive the three hours and show up in person to find out what the he!! is going on!! Return my $500 NOW! They advertise a 100% money-back guarantee. LIARS. I will NEVER do business with them again. Wish I could give them ZERO STARS*

My event was cancelled due to COVID on 3.12.20. I called Vivid that day and was told I'd be issued a FULL refund as soon as they receive notice from the venue.

On 3.18.20 I received email noting event cancelled and if I wanted a FULL CASH REFUND no further action required. I called and was told 3-5 days but email did say 2-4 weeks. When I followed up I was told they can't provide me an ETA for my refund. They then ignored me a week until I got the email with their new policy.

They totally cancelled my refund request and gave me a credit. I called on 4.22.20 and was told they have no money and accountant trying to figure it out. I declined the credit once again. I told them this was unethical and bad business.

Now they state my previous refund is null and my new start date is 22nd for request. They are ignoring my phone calls. I requested my bank and PayPal temporarily credit my funds but they denied my claim stating Vivid shows they owe me no refund! They are absolute CROOKS!

After the world does return to normal events will reopen again and you can believe I will NEVER spend another dollar of my hard earned money with them again as all you have at the end of the day is your word and their 100% guarantee promise is a load of BULL! Angry

-Concert scheduled for March 18th was cancelled on March 13th due to COVID-19 with an email describing our full cash refund will be applied within 2-4 weeks with NO ACTION REQUIRED. If we wanted a voucher for 120% of the ticket value, we had to act within 72 hours. I did not want the voucher so we did not act. -April 15th, Vivid Seats sent an email directly to my Spam Inbox, nearly 33 days later (5 weeks) saying NOW that action was required within 7 days to receive the full cash refund WE WERE ALREADY PROMISED IN WRITING on March 13th. Otherwise, they would automatically apply it towards a 110% purchase value voucher. I did not receive the April 15th email within a timely manner because it was sent directly to my Spam inbox, while their advertisements were still being sent to my regular inbox. I spoke at length with the company, via web chat and phone call and they refused to honor their original promise of a full refund. They waited until AFTER they were supposed to have already refunded our money to change their policies. This is fraud. We were promised one thing and given something else that we did not agree to that has less value than the original $720.90. We cannot use this voucher as we cannot attend any concerts in the future, making the voucher far less valuable to us than the $720.90 owed to us. The company is refusing to honor the agreement made on at least 3 occasions (via email, and multiple checks on their website for updated policies over the following weeks. They intentionally waited 5 weeks to change their policies to keep our money. Matt G., the rep I spoke to last, agreed that they SHOULD have honored the original agreement, but they "can change policies whenever they want" so there was nothing they would do. We will be disputing this charge and will go to any legal lengths to receive our full cash refund as promised. I have the emails in question and will be happy to provide you with them.
