In early 2016 we were attempting to purchase concert tickets. We had put personal info and credit card info on order form.

We never submitted the order but hit the back button on the browser as we decided not to purchase the tickets. The order went through upon hitting the back button not the submit button. We were charged $230+ dollars. We immediately called customer service within minutes.

They were adamant that we had initiated the purchase and that there were absolutely no refunds under any circumstances. We posted a dispute with our credit card company. Vivid fought the dispute. We just let it go.

Two years later we were buying tickets to another concert using another online service. After making the purchase we received an email stating that our purchase would be cancelled because they do it do business with individuals who previously refused payment on tickets.

The site we were using did not appear to be Vivid but evidently was somehow connected to them. We would never use this company and may never attend another concert if they are conglomerating the ticket business.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.
