New ReviewerVivid Seats has made no attempts to contact me after my first complaint.
I asked for 4 seats together at a Yankees vs Redsox spring training game with leg room for my wife who just had hip surgery. They showed 4 seats together in the handicapped area so we paid $500.
and was unable to vie ticket until two days before game. Upon arrival at the game the usher showed us to our seats which were great with the exception one was for a wheelchair so there was no seat. Usher informed me that I could not sit on the ground there and they had no folding chairs so I had to go to centerfield standing room only. I wasn't the only person there that day that got screwed by Vivid as we heard a couple complaints while waiting in line to find out they don't give out folding chairs.
I contacted Vivid and they said I got what I paid for so go away. I would be very careful about any seats purchased from Vivid.
Reason of review: Not as described/ advertised.
Monetary Loss: $125.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
Vivid Seats Pros: 3 out of the 4 seats purchased.

Vivid seats is running a big ticket scam. I purchased 2 tickets to a venue and was told to accept them electronically from Ticketmaster.
Ticketmaster doesnโt have any record all e mails are gone.
Vivid seats told me too bad. Iโm out 200
