Purchased tickets for a Bob Seger concert to be held in St Paul/MN on 11/15/17. This date was cancelled as Bob Seger had health issues.

There have been no new dates published. I have requested that Vivid Seats refund the money I paid for the tickets and they refuse. They keep stating that they are waiting on a new date or for the concert to be cancelled by Bob Seger. I am not interested in a new date - my purchase was for 11/15/17 and that date was cancelled.

Vivid Seats has had my money for over 4 months! Vivid Seats should be required to refund my money.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $900.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Vivid Seats Cons: Did not deliver service i paid for.

Same situation with Rolling Stones cancellation of US tour. Vivid Seats says until they are told it is truly cancelled and they will never tour again, they can not refund my money.

Because there is the possibility they might tour again, they are keeping it. There has to be a law against this?

Same situation in Denver, CO. I will never use Vivid Seats again.

Purchased 2 tickets for the Des Moines show. Called Vivid to get a refund since there are no new shows rescheduled yet.

But Vivid says since it has not been cancelled they will not give out a refund. Total BS. Last time i use a vendor to buy tickets.

Next time i'll purchase tickets from the Venue. Very disappointed.

Mary how did you get a refund? I disputed it with my cc but vivid recharged my card saying that bob Edgar wasnโ€™t cancelled just postponed itโ€™s been almost a year
