Extremely difficult back and forth from email messages to web and various screens to access what looking for. So complicated and solutions/instruction to chat-then lose char cuz navigate where instructed.

Wanted a phone number live person to help. Finally after many chats they put me to live chat where person understood, stuck with me step by step through a very long process to get resolutions.

They don't want to help favorite people off for a living they tell you they need a transaction number or invoice number when your debit card I'm going to get a text from them from your debit card people without no transaction number and tell me if there's no transaction number they tell you will call your debit card and get one and call us back but the credit card company don't have no transaction number

Vivid Sears Are All liars and thieves they're not no 100% money back guarantee with them they wouldn't even try to help me to tell me who used my car and when I asked him about it transaction number or PO number or whatever because it is showing my debit card they told me they didn't know when I had a call about debit card to get information then when I called my debit card they said they couldn't give out no information because being disputed but how can you feel a transaction when you don't have no transaction number that's our generator if you transfer me to somebody else and they said we don't have no our generator nothing here either way your computer your database generated it cuz no human did it cuz the human did it it'd be a transaction number about another transaction right after that when I said well look at the ones from that company but I didn't respond yet for no if I made a transaction the next day that company turn around and said were refunding your money back and I did so how come you don't wait and let that company refund my money back cuz they will because I'll generate it like that other one was so you put me on hold tell me that you were going to let you ride or talk to me and can put that button on me and that's after for 45 minutes and no one after I hung up call back 10 minutes and ask for that answer the phone after I get my name then I wanted to know the name and employee number to talk to and she said you didn't talk to anybody she put you on hold anyone I ask for her name and her employee number they hung up on me so I guess my name is Chuck now and I'm stuck

I am very upset I call vivid seats maybe 10 times and got no help at all they gave me the run around I went from calling vivid seats to Ticketmaster back to vivid seats back the Ticketmaster they all tell me the same thing resell your tickets on the site where I can't even resell my tickets then they keep telling me to sell tickets to a friend to go to a venue in Columbus when my venue should have been on the 10th and Cincinnati Ohio that makes no sense to me I called alliance global insurance to file a claim to get my money back once you put all your information in and hit submit it goes blank you can't even file a claim not only could I not file a claim I bought a protection plan for my tickets and can't be reimbursed my money to a venue that I won't even be able to attend I am very upset disappointed I've been scammed trying to get tickets to the venue in Cincinnati I'm out of 713 then I get a text from PayPal from another person that claim to work for Ticketmaster and I get a text today from PayPal where they're trying to take $592 out of my account well they tried to buy Bitcoin I'm disappointed I am upset and I am taking this further measures to get my money back and get whoever's in charge of this prosecuted my name is Walker my telephone number is 513-476-**** please call me if you have any other questions
