I bought a parking pass for day of performance. Only after purchasing did I find out that I had to meet someone at the venue to get the pass.
When I got there, and called no one was there. Asked for a refund, after multiple emails and a phone call they eventually sent an online form that asked for copy of receipt (like they didnt already have it?). Impossible to upload my form or to submit form without. So no refund.
They caused a lot of anxiety by not fulfiling their responsibility and failure to refund cost me more time and frustration. Will never use vivid pass again.
