I KNEW THAT I WAS PAYING A PREMIUM FROM VIVID SEATS TO GET ORCHESTRA SEATS TO SEE HOME FREE IN NASHVILLE FOR THE CONCERT YESTERDAY BUT DID NOT CARE.TICKETS WERE PAID FOR IN OCTOBER BUT WERE NEVER DELIVERED.
AFTER SEVERAL CALLS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE THE WEEK BEFORE AND UP UNTIL 1 HOUR AND 45 MINUTES BEFORE CONCERT, THEY ASSURED ME THAT I WOULD RECEIVE THEM EMAIL. WE DROVE 1 1/2 HOURS EACH WAY, GOT A HOTEL ROOM, AND NOBODY SEEMED TO CARE.
I WILL NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM EITHER!!!!!BY THE WAY, THEY ALSO HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY YET...
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person is quite happy with one of the agents was very helpful and stated that there is a room for improvement of customer service reps managers attitude and no follow thru on guarantee. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss return, exchange or cancellation policy of vivid seats customer care and associated monetary loss in the amount of $500. Vivid Seats needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
