I KNEW THAT I WAS PAYING A PREMIUM FROM VIVID SEATS TO GET ORCHESTRA SEATS TO SEE HOME FREE IN NASHVILLE FOR THE CONCERT YESTERDAY BUT DID NOT CARE. TICKETS WERE PAID FOR IN OCTOBER BUT WERE NEVER DELIVERED.
AFTER SEVERAL CALLS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE THE WEEK BEFORE AND UP UNTIL 1 HOUR AND 45 MINUTES BEFORE CONCERT, THEY ASSURED ME THAT I WOULD RECEIVE THEM EMAIL. WE DROVE 1 1/2 HOURS EACH WAY, GOT A HOTEL ROOM, AND NOBODY SEEMED TO CARE.
I WILL NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM EITHER!!!!! BY THE WAY, THEY ALSO HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY YET...
