I started purchase online for hockey game to be held on 01/05/18. Provided credit card information but never pushed buy button.

Backed out because of all the added charges. NEVER received an order summary then and since. Bought tickets at better price on another site when I was certain Vivid transaction would not go through. Used Vivid previously and have always received an Order Summary right away.

Several days later I received via email two tickets from Vivid and saw my credit card had been charged $233.00. I now have two tickets I am unable to sell because of cost.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $233.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Being cheated.
