You think you are purchasing a certain seat but not they are giving you a back roll.DON'T BOTHER WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE .CALLED THREE TIMES.
ON HOLD FOR 20MIN AND NO ONE TELLS YOU OH WE ARE WORKING ON A SOLUTION FOR YOU. THEY FIGURED YOU WOULD JUST HANG UP. NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE THEY ARE NOT FOR THE CUSTOMER'S BEST INTEREST of the customers. Horrible experience.
