Ordered two tickets and was shocked when I received by credit card bill. Total was suppose to be $119.78.
Was charged $180.94. Called and was told it was additional processing fees. The Rep was unable to give a breakdown. I asked why this was not disclosed upfront and she said it was on step 4 (mind you after you put in all of your credit card information) in the lower left corner.
I would never have paid these outlandish charges. The should be put out of business or required to build the fees into the cost of the tickets upfront so you have a true picture......airlines have to do it.
Reason of review: Pricing issue.
Monetary Loss: $61.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
I didn't like: Deceptive website and getting ripped off, Felt ripped off, Untrustworthy.
