2 weeks to receive tickets but paid for overnight delivery. No chance to sign for tickets.

Customer service useless. Supervisor stated your tickets value cant compare to other purchases. Your problem that you will be traveling,not our problem. Good luck!

stated the customer service manager. Never again WILL I USE THIS COMPANY . Worst customer service i have ever experienced. Not an i am sorry or thank in my conversation with a person that refused to give me a name or employee number.

Us another service provider. Strangely i have used this company before and have an account, the manager stated that that did not help and refused to delete my account, however i will not use this service again.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Sevice.
