Their pricing practices have to be illegal and it is only a matter of time before they end up in another class action lawsuit. Their pricing is misleading and if you don't read the "fine" print (as most of us don't) then you're in for a big surprise when you get the final charges.

I purchased two tickets and the final charges were $150 in addition to the listed price. I contacted their customer service and "all sales are final" although they could've adjusted their charges.

I could've purchased the tickets elsewhere for less money had I been informed of the $150 services charges. Never again.

Does anyone know if there is an open class action lawsuit against Vivid? I was warning a couple of friends about Vivid’s business practices and they said they had a similar deceitful experience and thought there was a class action lawsuit against Vivid. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
