I purchased tickets from Vivid Seats in Section 307 Row M for the 2018 Houston Rodeo. I was sent tickets in Row H which is not what I wanted or purchased.
They claim it was an "upgrade" but it was done without my permission or ability to decline the purchase. I believe their website is a complete misrepresentation and that they are running an unscrupulous business practice bordering on illegal. When asked what they were going to do to correct the problem, I was informed by a very rude Customer Service agent named Khadijiah G. that they would refund $25.00.
Pictures of the order showing Row M and the Tickets showing Row H attached. When I asked to speak with a Manager the request was denied stating that she was the highest ranking person in the company that would speak to customers.
