I just purchased on February 23 three tickets for a show on August 30 2018 in Los Angeles. After the purchase, I was informed that I had tickets on a section and row but that the seller could not give me seat numbers because it was "Zone Seating".

Who has heard about zone seating when purchasing tickets?. On top of that, I would not receive my tickets until August 25th, only 5 days from the show and SIX MONTHS from now, alleging that some tickets are not available right away. I'm calling BS on that because I went to Ticketmaster and got tickets and they sent them to me immediately.

I will now fight this charge with my bank because they don't offer refunds or cancellations which totally makes sense with the scam they're running.

Stay away from them!

I will put all my energy in fighting these guys to get my money back. I'm LIVID.
