I ordered tickets from Vivid Seats 11 days before my event. About 5 days before my event, I began contacting Vivid Seats via their online "chat"feature and phone because I hadn't received my tickets electronically.

Never could reach a live customer service agent via phone. The "chat" feature is a joke, it's also number select for your issues, where you receive a canned reply. All customer service kept telling me was that they guaranteed that I would receive my tickets before my event. On 10/21, day of the NFL event, I still hadn't received my tickets (and had to drive 3 1/2 miles to get to the game) I wound up having to repurchase a 2nd set of tickets from a reputable ticketing service.

Vivid Seats had no intention of trying to resolve my issue, at all, despite their false claims of excellent customer service from start to finish. Never again will I use them, and will convince others not to as well.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $215.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: No customer support did not receive the tickets i paid for.
