Supposedly, changed policy to sell tickets when receiving money after my transaction was complete. Vivid Seats has received my money several weeks ago.

Originally was told would receive money 7-10 business days after the sale is complete. Now I am being told the policy changed and will not receive money until 90 prior to event. This was nowhere in writing on website or anywhere else. They repeated, we have the right to change a policy at any time.

They could have done the right thing and met up with there obligation according to when the transaction was done and pay me my money 7-10 business days after the sale.

Now they are not giving me my money when it is due. How can I trust I will receive my money when they are saying??
