Vivid Seats - Online Chat Issue
Needed answers to 2 questions and it took me over 1.5 hours worth of online chat to even get a phone number or email for customer service, after asking for it. I started off talking to a gentleman who told me that I should have been notified and emailed of my issue however no such thing was received.
When I asked if he could identify when the email was sent, or where it was sent to, he was unable to provide that. The next individual I spoke with, I was asking the same questions, and he actually went as far as to end the chat on me.
Finally the 3rd rep I spoke with, she atleast provided me with the email for customer service, after I asked her to confirm the phone number for me. This whole process was extremely frustrating.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $250.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
