- Log into your Vivid Seats account and click the “Order History”. From there, your active orders will appear;
- Find the order you need tickets resent for, and click on "Tickets Ready";
- Click on "Get Tickets";
- Your tickets will be re-sent to your email address on file. Be sure to check that your email on file is accurate;
- Once you receive the email, click on the link inside to download your tickets.
How do I speak with someone.
I purchased tickets but did not receive an email with my order number. The money has come out of my account however I cannot get in contact with them to get my tickets. I email or ring however I just get automated responses.
