I received an e-Mail offering $20.00 off the purchase of tickets. I decided to try it and attempted to purchase hockey tickets for the Flyer vs The Capitals game.

I picked the the Sunday game as we live 2 1/2 hours from Washington DC. Each time I attempted to apply the discount, the computer would switch the dates back to the first game date. The discount would never appear on the invoice total. Then I noticed that it said that the discount would be applied at purchase so I figured I had to complete the order.

I fixed the dates and the seats then confirmed the order. When I checked the confirmation (that I received right away) I noticed that the dates had once again been switched back to the first game date and no discount! I immediately called Vivid seats only to receive a recording saying that they would only speak directly to people holding tickets for that night or the following night. I then went online and live chatted with one of their representatives.

She said that there was nothing that they could do about it because I entered a legal contract! Excuse me? Your computer repeatedly changed the dates and you can't help me? And still no discount????

Never again!!! I never had any problems with Ticket Master or Stub Hub.
