Charged me $380.00 for 2 box concert seats. Day of concert changed to seats couldn't use on floor far right of stage. Went to box office and bought 2 box seats for $25.00 each. When I bought tickets I received confirmation of 2 box tickets. Month later I printed tickets out and went to concert, was seated 2nd row from front of stage all the way to the right of the 10 foot high curved stage. I was relocated 3 sections away from where I originally was to be seated at the time of purchase. This is called "Bait and switch".

I agree that Vivid rips off their customers. I just purchased concert tickets through Vivid and the service fees were $80 per ticket!!!

That’s 29% of the original ticket cost ($277).

The tickets alone would have cost $544 but with fees added on it was $715.76! I never thought I’d be saying this but I should’ve bought my tickets through Ticketmaster.

Vivid Seats - College football ticket

Hi on Facebook they said 10 off tickets I chose my section at a college football game it said 42 bucks less my 10 should have been 32 plus some fee I’ve ordered many times but this happened it charges my card 72 bucks and it didn’t give me a breakdown of the cost like it did before! I called customer service they did not honor Discount they said I should have taken pictures of FB page to prove but she knew they did offer 10 off oh well I probably will not be ordering again to much trouble and I paid double for my tickets beware people just make sure you know what you are getting into before hitting the button and know customer service doesn’t care she even asked a manager

This is the SECOND time this company has screwed me over. You go on and choose the seats you want, then they do their bait and switch. This time, I paid for a frontal view of the stage and they changed my seats to a side view and called it a”comparable” seat. I could’ve purchased those seats for cheaper and I didn’t because I wanted a front view. To top it off, the rude *** agents have the nerve to yell at you when you’re unhappy. Do not use this company. They’re ripping people off

Vivid Seats - Can't sell Canadian Celine Dion show

I purchased the Canadian tickets from the US. We made special arrangements for a special trip to Montreal to see Celine. Sadly, her show was rescheduled to a later date, which we can't afford another trip to Montreal. Vivid states that we can't resell tickets for concerts outside the US on their site, yet they sold tickets for concerts outside the US to us. We were hoping that maybe we could exchange the tickets for a US show, but there's a no refund nor exchange policy. All we want from Vivid is to be able to exchange the tickets for a US venue close to us or get our money back due to the artist issue.

Vivid Seats - I was misinformed about the sale of my tickets

I put 4 tickets to Bob Seger in Spokane, Wa.up for sale thru Vivid Seats. Row AA seats 35,36,37 and 38. I got a notice from,Vivid Seats that seats 37 and 38 had sold and that I needed to download them. I thought I had already downloaded them so called and the gal from VS told me they were already downloaded and that I didn't need to do anything on my end. What no one told me is that they had sold seats 35 and 36, not 37 and 38. So I sold seat 35 and 36 on Craigslist. Then I got a notice after the concert that the two tickets they sold for me were rejected. When I called and wrote to them I got no help. They now want to charge me $137.50 for their incinvenience.

Details
Customer service is non existent. Their platform does not provide for the possibility of human contact when an order is messed up. They have an insanely complex process involving links with multiple websites and relying that seller emails will not end up in spam (which they do). Spent almost $700 for three tickets and freaked out when they told me they were delivered and they most certainly were not. Spent hours waiting for response and with poorly trained chat peronnel.
