I purchased tickets for the women's OU vs LSU game for Sunday, Jan 18th, through your website. I was charged, and the app is not showing any record of my tickets.
They didn't send me any emails, but I was charged on my bank account. This is the second time this has happened. I don't even know why I tried your site again to purchase tickets.
I've been SCAMMED! Your site is not legit, and I will get my money back.

On December 19, 2025, I bought tickets through Vivid Seats for the Missouri Botanical Garden Garden Glow event ($126.12 total, Order #7716****). The site appeared to be an official or primary ticket seller, with no clear disclosure that it is a resale marketplace.
After purchase, I discovered the same tickets were available directly from the venue for $24 each, while Vivid Seats charged $64 per ticket. I immediately contacted customer service to request a refund and was refused. I was also required to download the Vivid Seats app to access my tickets, and when attempting to opt out of the sale or sharing of my personal data, my state (Missouri) was not listed at all in their opt-out options.
This experience felt intentionally misleading, overpriced, and dismissive of consumer and privacy rights. Buyers should proceed with extreme caution and compare directly with the venue before purchasing.

I received my tickets, however the tickets do NOT have a bar code The tickets with the bar code were reportedly transferred to the Michigan Athletics App The Michigan Athletics App has no record of the tickets. I bought tickets for 2 previous Michigan Football games this season and both times my tickets with the bar code were there by clicking my tickets

I went to the concert yesterday; they were not able to scan as this ticket was given to someone else, and while accepting it, it was giving an error 404.
Concert personnel said I need to work with Vivid Seats for a refund and purchase a new one from there. I would request a refund for the one purchased from Vivid Seats, order ID #7743****.

I purchased 4 tickets to the Bills Jaguars game in section 106, row FF. I received 4 tickets in section 105, row U.
These tickets I have received are obviously much less valuable than the tickets I paid for, which cost 800 dollars each.
It is impossible to reach Vivid Seats to rectify this. Their customer service does not work!

Vivid Sears Are All liars and thieves they're not no 100% money back guarantee with them they wouldn't even try to help me to tell me who used my car and when I asked him about it transaction number or PO number or whatever because it is showing my debit card they told me they didn't know when I had a call about debit card to get information then when I called my debit card they said they couldn't give out no information because being disputed but how can you feel a transaction when you don't have no transaction number that's our generator if you transfer me to somebody else and they said we don't have no our generator nothing here either way your computer your database generated it cuz no human did it cuz the human did it it'd be a transaction number about another transaction right after that when I said well look at the ones from that company but I didn't respond yet for no if I made a transaction the next day that company turn around and said were refunding your money back and I did so how come you don't wait and let that company refund my money back cuz they will because I'll generate it like that other one was so you put me on hold tell me that you were going to let you ride or talk to me and can put that button on me and that's after for 45 minutes and no one after I hung up call back 10 minutes and ask for that answer the phone after I get my name then I wanted to know the name and employee number to talk to and she said you didn't talk to anybody she put you on hold anyone I ask for her name and her employee number they hung up on me so I guess my name is Chuck now and I'm stuck

Extremely difficult back and forth from email messages to web and various screens to access what looking for. So complicated and solutions/instruction to chat-then lose char cuz navigate where instructed.
Wanted a phone number live person to help. Finally after many chats they put me to live chat where person understood, stuck with me step by step through a very long process to get resolutions.

Vivid seats sold us tickets that were previously sold by Ticketmaster. We were unable to enter our show in October 20 25 and are still waiting for reimbursement.!
I have reached out to the company numerous times and have yet to receive a return call. I filled out paperwork for them to investigate my claim and have not received a response when you try to reach them. You do not get a live person customer service is answered by a robot And takes you in circles..

Vivid Seats resolved my problem, but they could have done so at the time of my initial contact to them.
Terrible Customer Service
We bought tickets for a performance that got cancelled. The notification email indicated that we had the option for a 110% credit for future purchases or a full refund for the cost of the tickets.
It said to log into our account for instructions.
It also mentioned that live chat was available through the app. When I opened my account, there was no option to initiate a live chat, no phone number to call to indicate my choice of a refund, and all attempts to reach someone put me in an endless loop with no live chat, no live person, and no resolution.
