Issue with ticket transfer
I attempted to transfer my tickets by clicking on the link in email - it gave an error that it could not be done - I tried again today and now it tells me the tickets were already delivered to another email account

Issue with Order
When I click on my order, I get a message that says "Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for." and I'm not able to see any information about my order.
When I try to live chat, I get this message: "It looks like the information you provided does not match." but I know that the order number is correct.
Please help! It says "Delivered" on my order but I have not received the actual tickets.

Concert canceled, want my money back. Very disappointed in your business.
I should have been fully reimbursed my money as soon as it was supposedly canceled which is false. This is such a scam. I will never do any kind of business with this company again.
More details to put down is nonsense. I'm going to proceed to notify my credit union.

I have used Vivid Seats for other concerts but they knowingly sold me 800$+ tickets which were nontransferable!! Hmmm?!
How does that happen?? Who won the pot? Because at ticket window it showed the name of owners & all seats were taken Sun.

I.Am making a complaint and this is the worst service i've ever had
The issue was never resolved. The problem was that this company charge me one twenty five when I only put in 25 And now is attempting to withdraw from my bank account as a pending transaction 50 and 252525 I want my money back cause i never placed any bets since i put up this site.
I never placed any bets and they want to charge me. At least a 125. Please give me back my money. I do not want to do any more business with you, mother fers I just do not want you to charge my bank account.
And I want you to return my initial 25 which I put in to set app the account so I can make bets. But I haven't made any bets at all. And they're charging me up to 125. They want to charge me 50.
And 252525 that's 253 times You'.
Re the worst company I've ever had to deal with you. Do not have an 800 number to speak to someone direct. Please do not charge my bank and refund my money. Or I'll contact my lawyer.

I have been fraudulently charges
I set up an account and I only wanted it to be for 25, but it came out to be for 125. Then, there were pending charges at my bank for 50, 25, 25, and 25, and I did not make any bets.
I simply opened the account and now, I want it shut down and my money refunded as soon as possible. I don't want unscrupulous companies like yours to try to take money from my account for bets I didn't make.

You are selling tickets to a false event order #6902****
Hello,
I had a live chat yesterday, and currently have a PayPal investigating my refund request.
Your website is advertising tickets to see the musician Michael McDonald at The Center in San Francisco on November 22nd. There is a picture of Michael McDonald the musician on your website.
I bought tickets to see him.
I then went to the venue's website (https://www.thecentersf.com/events) and found that this is NOT an event with Michael McDonald the musician, but rather Michael McDonald a transformational coach (and this is a workshop on intimacy, connection, etc).
I would like a refund because this was false advertising. I was told that I'd have to "resell" my tickets, Which I started to do, but withdrew the tickets because that would be false advertising on my part, which I refuse to participate in.
I did enter my credit card information when I was going to sell the tickets, and found that there was fraudulent activity on my account that evening (2 $400 charges to WalMart), so I'm pretty sure someone from Vivid stole my card information (this has never happened to me before, and I had made no other purchases to any new vendors in the past few weeks.
There were 2 +$1.00 charges band 2 -$1.00 charges in my bank account from Vivid on my debit card last night). You may want to do an internal investigation.

Resolved: Have not received my tickets
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I stayed on the phone until they got me some tickets
I ordered my tickets on September 27th at 7:11 am. It stated that my tickets were delivered, but on the day before the concert, I still had no tickets.
Currently, I am on the phone, holding to get my tickets. I will never do this again.
