We purchased tickets to a game that was cancelled due to Covid19. I just got off the phone with them. The game we purchased tickets for was canceled. They sent me an email on 5/4 saying I had 7 days to contact them for a refund. Being a front line worker, I just got to check my emails last night. They are refusing to refund the $513 we paid. I will post this daily!

Being a "front line worker" is no excuse. Do not tell me that you don't carry a cell phone and check it regularly. You would have had time to go to a game so you had time to check your arrangements.

Always buy event and travel tickets from the original issuing authority. If you make good on your threat to post this daily, the duplicates will be removed by the webmaster.

I wish they would show the final price, at least have an option to see the real price. They should allow you to see the $260 actual cost on the front page instead asking you to proceed with a false belief of the cost being $200.

Cant tail gate at the parking pass

We bought a parking pass so we could tail gate at jets Patriots game. When we called location they said there is ni tailgating atvthe location. We want our money back. We appreciate your help

No response by Vivid Seats

I bought 4 tickets for a concert paying over $1000 which has been charged to my CC and got no confirmation or tickets. They have failed to contact me through all their means of contacting. I have spent numerous wasted hours in this process to no avail!

Tickets denied

Star lake amphitheater - Tickets to korn and stained. Was told at the gate this place did not honor vivid tickets. Luckily for me, I was allowed to enter. Why would Star lake allow you use there name to sell tickets, then deny entry? I have purchased from vivid in the past without any problems. I feel the problem is with Star lake.

Can't tell to someone.

Can't get thru, either texting, calling or e mail. Nothing but a runaround. If I text, I'm told to e mail.

Called customer support. Was told to write an email. So here i am. Says im black listed from buying tickets bc some charge or whatever i dont know. I wanted my account reinstated. Was told bc someone stole my creditcard and purchased items without my consent that it was my responsibility to pay for said items. I remained black listed unable to buy concert tickets bc of this. This whole situation and how its been handled has made me dissatisfied with this whole company as a whole.

Bad faith

Bought tickets to a concert in 2020, now postponed until 2022. I want my money back. Can't reach anybody by phone, no response to emails. Total radio silence. If I could rate them negative 10 I would!

I dont know if my ticket has been verified correctly, I have been emailing and can't reach anyone. I have been trying for over 9 hours

Vivids call log is an abomination. No options and on canceled tickets for cash refunds there appears to absolutely no Avenue for resolution

Ticket Satisfaction Issue

Stevie Nicks cancelled for the Austin City Limits festival. I bought my 3 tickets just to see her. Now that she has cancelled, I AM NOT getting what I paid for. Vividseats promised a 100% buyer guarantee. I WANT A REFUND. I have called the customer service line SEVERAL TIMES. Not once was I able to be connected or even given the option to be connected to an actual customer service representative. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I paid a lot of money for those 3 tickets and now I'm not getting what they're worth with one of the main headliners CANCELLING. This artist was the ONLY REASON why I bought those tickets. Where's my 100% guarantee????!!!

They will not let me speak to a human being! I dont have an order number as I never got a confirmation email, however they did take the $749 from my account.
