Pissed Consumer Interviews ?

Charged me $380.00 for 2 box concert seats. Day of concert changed to seats couldn't use on floor far right of stage. Went to box office and bought 2 box seats for $25.00 each. When I bought tickets I received confirmation of 2 box tickets. Month later I printed tickets out and went to concert, was seated 2nd row from front of stage all the way to the right of the 10 foot high curved stage. I was relocated 3 sections away from where I originally was to be seated at the time of purchase. This is called "Bait and switch".
Purchased tickets for the Monster Tour at $130 each, said service fees will be 14 percent. I went through the process quickly, without carefully reading the small print and fees, they charged me 30 percent service fees!! Called customer service, unwilling to refund....

I agree with you I wish I would of read your post before because they charge me 20 % fees per tickets for a $188.00 x4 so I let you figure out how bad they got me......
