We bought $1800 worth of concert tickets with assigned rows and seats - they were delivered as SRO's - online rep said we could sell them on their website and buy new ones. There was no reason to think these tickets weren't as advertised - we bought them because there were six together not because they were priced too low to be believed I have bought from Stub HUD and Ticketmaster and never had a problem.
We have notified Amex and they will reverse the charges - save yourself the time and headache - buy tix from a legitimate re-seller. I have never posted a poor online review like this but the rep's attitude and unwillingness to address the issue was complete bs.
