I tried to purchase 3 tickets for the Supercross race in the middle of the arena for a little over a hundred dollars per ticket. What I got was 4 tickets in the corner of the arena for 132 dollars.

I called them immediately and they refused to do anything about it. They claimed I ordered the wrong tickets. No way I put the wrong amount of tickets in the wrong area. I looked back at their site and those seats are going to 62 dollars.

Not only do I have an extra ticket not in the area I wanted to sit but I highly overpaid for them. I called 3 times and I couldn't believe how unprofessional they were.

I contacted the Better Business Bureau and I am waiting to hear back from them. I am sure this is not the first time they have heard about this horrible company

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $530.

Preferred solution: I begged them to cancel order and let me order the correct tickets but they refused..

I didn't like: It has been an absolutely horrible experience.
