I was on the site looking for parking pass on a specific date for concert. I placed order for parking garage with fees and had the order sent to my fiance' as this was in addition to concert tickets I purchase (From another site at Christmas).. I received an almost immediate phone call from my Fiance' saying why did you buy me parking pass to a Rockets game.

I immediately went to site, logged in, and went to customer service tab and requested chat.

The person who came on (lets call him Eugene) was rude from the get go and informed how their software was perfect and the most technologically advanced there is and this couldn't have been an issue on their end. (WRONG) it was. He replied again...Sorry all sales are final, I could try to resell B S.

Shitty company, read the reviews, they speak volumes.....
