I recently went to a concert that I drove 3 hours to see. When entering the venue we were told our tickets had already been used for entry, ours must be duplicates.

We were very unhappy, asking what we were supposed to do, after all we paid a fair price for our tickets. We were allowed in but told we'd probably have to discuss it with the ticket office because our seats were likely filled by others. As expected, our seats were filled, with people who had the EXACT same tickets as us, SAME ORDER # and all. The event staff took both our and their tickets to the ticket office to investigate and came back telling us we must have been sold duplicated tickets by a seller, because the tickets were identical.

We were allowed to stay and relocated, luckily. I contacted Vivid Seats very unsatisfied. They told me I needed to fill out a denial of venue access form and they would investigate what happened/their seller (my phone calls with customer service management were never returned the same day either). I received a call from a manager stating since we were allowed access into the venue, it was a venue issue and there would not be any 'recourse' for their seller.

BECAUSE THE VENUE WAS NICE AND ALLOWED US IN, IT IS THEIR PROBLEM?!?

NOOOO, it is your problem, YOU ARE THE ONE WHO SOLD ME DUPLICATE TICKETS. There is no saying this will not happen again, to anyone else, therefore I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING THROUGH VIVID SEATS!!!

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $190.

Location: Peoria, Illinois

My 90 year old mother wanted to see The Price is Right. I bought tickets to this event and the tickets were provided to me via VividSeats mobile app.

The tickets scanned but when we got to our seats they were taken. The 2 men in the seats had paper tickets from ticketmaster which is DPAC's official ticket seller. A manager came and took us upstairs to the 3rd floor and we were allowed to sit in an area where the ushers get to sit with a limited view.

It took me 2 days to get hold of Vividseats customer service, only got a response from their FB page. I have also filed a dispute with my credit card company over this.
