Vivid seats sent me someone else's ticket and won't honor their "buyer guarantee" or even provide any type of customer service. I have now tried to contact vivid seats five times, to no avail.

I have never received a response to an email, a call back to a message, or even a live person answering their phone or live chat. I have tried everything. My boyfriend received his ticket just fine, but they are not accommodating me at all. Paid good money for my ticket, and I will be beyond furious if I get denied at the gate.

They say you have to call the day of or the day before your event if their is an issue with your order... it's bs.

They're just trying to save their ***. Don't buy from them.
