We were sold invalid tickets by vivid seats and had to purchase replacements at much higher cost. We also missed a day (one of four days) of the Telluride Bluegrass Festival. In addition, these were a set of two tickets for our daughter and boyfriend who travelled from Washington DC to Telluride CO for the festival. We submitted a complaint and request for a refund - see attached Denial Of Access Form submitted to vivid seats - and have heard nothing from vivid seats. All we want is to have the money refunded to us. What can I do?
