Resolved: Vivid Seats - Sold me invalid tickets, not even refunded. Total scam
VividSeats did in fact get back to me and provided me with a refund as well as a credit for the value of the tickets I had purchased. I used the credit to buy tickets to another game and the tickets were valid this time.

These *** are actually conducting an investigation into my invalid tickets rather than just refunding my money. I know StubHub doesn't do that as they'd prefer to keep their customer, but apparently the measly ticket cost is more valuable to Vivid Seats than a good relationship with their customer.
I was also told that at best I would get my money back for the tickets only, and nothing for my transportation, printing costs and exchange fees charged by my bank. So at best, I'm thoroughly unimpressed with this company.
I bought tickets to the Toronto Blue Jays game on Friday April 14th and the tickets were invalid. First I used their App to try to get in, and when that came up invalid CS told me it had to be printed.
So I paid to get it printed around the corner. Still invalid. Vivid has made no attempt to respond to me when I contact them and I have not received a refund. It's been five days, so at this point all I can assume is that Vivid Seats is a total scam.
There are much better services out there that actually care about their customers. Buyer Beware!
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Monetary Loss: $50.
Preferred solution: I want my money refunded, including the cost of printing the tickets, exchange fees, and transportation to the venue, and in addition I request good tickets to a subsequent event. If satisfied I will pull down my negative reviews on social media. .
Vivid Seats Cons: Total scam, Problems and getting ripped off, Poor customer service.
