Vivid Seats - They know how to take the order...they do not know how to fill the order!
I ordered 3 tickets on 2/11/2014 through Vivid Seats to see Ohio State vs Illinois on 11/1/2014. Tickets were in section 14b row TBD.
The lack of row knowledge didn't concern me much in February because I was assured the seats were not obstructed view!
In mid August I began inquiring about my tickets as all the other tickets I purchased as gifts for family and friends were all received. Finally, I got a supervisor named Marelly. She was only good at one thing...reciting the Vivid Seat no refund policy, despite the fact they breached several of their own policies handling my order. The biggest being allowing their seller to place his tickets on their site without having them.
I realize some of these sellers place their tickets on different ticket sites and are supposed to yank them from the others once sold. Not Vivid Seats...they argued with me that the tickets would be ready to ship 2 days before the game. It rid to explain to them that we were leaving from Ct. On that Tuesday and stopping at various venues along the way.
I guess if you purchase tickets from these clowns, you're not expected to do that!
I have reported these thieves to the Chicago BBB and will not stop there if I do not get a full refund! Horrible!
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $630.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
