I ordered tickets for a two day event. The delivery date was changed by the seller and I got no solution from Vivid other than un upgrade to UPS overnight, then UPS changed it from overnight to the following night.
I live 6 hours from the event and got the tickets for the first day of the event but not the second. There solution was wanting to ship the tickets to the hotel we were staying at.
Said they do it all the time. nothing they had promised had come through to that point so why would I trust that the tickets were actually going to show up at the hotel and that the hotel would keep them safe until we arrived?
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $500.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I liked: Customer service people were pleasant on the phone.
I didn't like: Even though they were pleasant they didnt fix the issue.
