Resolved: Vivid Seats - Very Bad Experience with VividSeats
After getting in contact with a customer service manager, VividSeats has agreed to refund me for the issues I had. It's appreciated that VividSeats would refund me as I was disappointed in the previous situation and after this, I am now satisfied that I can shop on VividSeats again without any issue and if there was ever to be one, I am now confident in VividSeats ability to resolve it.
If you buy a ticket and the "issued to" name is JON MARKS, contact VividSeats right away, as you will have issues at your event. This man sells the exact same ticket on multiple websites such as VividSeats and StubHub.
I bought a ticket from him on VividSeats and when I got to the game, another person had the same ticket. The following day, I went to download a pair of tickets and not only where they for the wrong event and a different time, but VividSeats did little to resolve my problem. My event started at 3:00 and it took VividSeats until exactly 2:30 to send me the proper tickets. As a result of this I didn't have enough time to get to my event, I didn't leave before as I had no tickets to enter.
Because VividSeats got me the tickets, no matter how close to the start of the game, they were "off the hook' and I was offered no refund or compensation for my ordeal.
In the end I lost $125.00 and never got to attend my event. In general a very negative experience that VividSeats did absolutely nothing to remedy.
Reason of review: Did not receive my tickets in time and was not offered a refund..
Monetary Loss: $112.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Vivid Seats Pros: Ease of use.
Vivid Seats Cons: Customer service.
