Still disputing over 3 months and 20 hours on phone, back and forth.....all sales are final is only part of terms and conditions they seem to be able to understand. Do not ever use this fraudulent company

Bought tickets to see tool in little rock, bought tickets 7/9/16 (concert was 10/28) at time of purchase they said tickets would be instant download pdf. After purchase got email saying tickets would be a available on or before 10/21 (but usually weeks before) on 10/21 got email saying availability of tickets has changed due to popularity of event and would not be available until 10/26 on the 26th got another email saying they would be available until the 27th.

4:08am 14 hours before concert received email saying your tickets are now available for download. Contacted customer service saying i have no means to download the tickets, they responded with sorry all sales are final and hung up on me. Disputed charge with cc company due to failure to deliver in timely manner. 3 weeks later get response to dispute from vivid seats providing false documents saying i uploaded tickets on the 26th.

The actual email providing pdf tickets was sent 10/28/16, copy of that email sent to cc company they blacked out date of email to make it appear that i did not download tickets and that they were available on the 26th. Also i contacted customer support via phone and chat, they told cc comp i made no attempt to contact not use vivid seats!!!
