I purchased tickets online and explained that I couldn't print, they said not all phones could be scanned and would mail tickets. Wasn't able to resale tickets on their site....Too close to game day....They stuck me for the cost and am currently going back and forth with them and the BBB.

Beware of purchases and their 100% Not only was I not able to print nor did I receive tickets in the mail....When I realized it was an out of state game. They wouldn't even help me out with a local event instead of a refund. I called as soon as I was aware it was out of state and they said I could resale the tickets on their sight, never mentioning the fact that this is now Sat. and the game Is in a different state 24 hrs.

later on a Sunday. They told me after calling now the 3-4th time good luck selling them on ebay.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $53.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Hidden fees, Customer service, Misrepresentation of sale, Refund policy, Service, Suck.
