I purchased 2 tickets from Vivid Seats. While I was on the phone the purchasing the ticket the sales agent said to me if I have any issues or questions after the purchase I should contact him.

I had issues and I called him, he was busy. I sent an e-mail to him and I copied the customer service also but Nobody replied back.

I do not recommend to do anybody to business with them. The company's operation is full of greed and after the initial sale do not care about their customers.

Any company without customer service is insult to the customer.

I make sure that I share my VIVID SEATS experience with as many people as possible.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $97.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
