Don't think you'll be enjoying your favorite sporting event just because you have the tickets in your hand. We bought 6 University of Wisconsin football tickets for the 9/12/15 game.
Packed up the dog to the sitter, picked up our kids and grandkids and headed off to the game, only to be turned away at the gate and told our tickets were "improperly digitally transferred." The tears of the grandchildren didn't help, pleading with the ticket office didn't help, and Vivid Seats representatives were not available to correct the situation. Vivid Seats did later tell us the original ticket seller was "banned", did that help us? NO! Don't think you will be compensated for reasonable out of pocket expenses either.
They will take your money, maybe get you your "tickets" <24 hours before gametime, and then ignore calls for help when your tickets are confiscated and you are left with, you guessed it NO SEATS and lots of expenses, and for what?? Think twice and buy from someone else.
This reviewer shared experience about "broken promise and lost money" and wants this business to "reimburse me for out of pocket losses" as the author lost $499. The author is overall dissatisfied with Vivid Seats. Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
