I bought tickets for the Knicks game of 3 November 2017. Those were double sold.
When coming to the entrance, my tickets are taken and stamped "void". I had to buy new tickets on the spot. I then mail VividSeats regarding the invalid tickets and they promise to call me (although I indicated "email" as the preferred communication option, nonetheless, they called me). So they called me, I pick up the phone...
said "hello" several times... no reply. the call lasts 6 seconds.
They disconnect the call. Immediately after that, I get an email saying "We attempted to contact you today at the phone number on file and were unfortunately unable to reach you."
