I spent $500 for tickets to ADELE for my sister's birthday.When we took out seats I could see lots of lighting equipment OBSTRUCTING THE STAGE.

( SEE the lights in the attached photo- the stage is BEHIND THAT!) I assumed they would move the scaffolding when the show began, but no. WE COULDN'T SEE THE BAND EVER or ADELE for many of her songs. The sound was terrible. The original price for the tickets was $50.

I paid $500 to VIVID. I followed up and spoke to numerous people, they asked for photos. I was sure when they saw my photos, and that I COULDN'T SEE THE STAGE, that they would see reason. Well, they did but they said that even though I couldn't see the concert IT WAS NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY.

I've never bought tickets this way before and I never will again.

It's corrupt.And VIVID is spineless.

I didn't like: Outrageous pricing, Misrepresentation, Ripoff scam poor customer service no refunds.
