They cancelled my order without any notice. I emailed and tried their chat and got no response from anyone.

Sat on hold for 20 minutes trying to actually talk with someone. Once I did, I asked why they cancelled order, they said because I didn’t fill out the email they sent me. First of all I’ve never heard of an authorization email. Second I never even received the email they supposedly sent.

When I told the customer service rep Dustin he said I did get it. Well Dustin if you are so smart then show me in my email box where the *** the email is because NO I didn’t get it. They have ruined my grandmothers birthday, pissed me off and the only solution they gave me was that I can re-place my order. Why?

So you can turn around and cancel it again on me???? I can’t wait to tell everyone I know NEVER to order from vivid seats.
