Vivid Seats - Worst Seats
I paid $2100 for 2 Shakira seats row 4 and they put me in row 3 at the very end which is significantly farther away since Shakira has a center, walk-down stage. Basically, now Row 15.
Ms. Quintina Mengyan takes NO accountability and believes if the row is closer the seats are better. Complete RIPOFF and horrible customer service!!! Then she solicited me to re-list and charge me a 10% premium.
SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!
I will never again use this horrible service and incredibly never take accountability company. Quitta, as she goes by, has absolutely no power at the company or refuses to act in good faith with customers.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $1000.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
Vivid Seats Cons: Bait and swtich, Return policy.
