Vivid Seats gave us a full refund only after we submitted complaints to the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission and the Federal and State Consumer Protection Agencies. We had to spend a lot of time on this but finally got our money back at least.

We confirmed seats for the event we wanted, also date and time, and a different date came up on the confirmation (for 1 week earlier!). We did not make this error and wanted Vivid to resolve it immediately.

Also, we were traveling a long distance so we called within a minute of receiving the error and they said there was nothing they could do since it was a 3rd party transaction (in that short minute!). All we could do is relist them, which we did at half the price we paid, but never got an inquiry or response. Their hype on Customer Satisfaction that they spend so much time on their site about is bunk and they don't offer any assistance to the consumer.

STAY AWAY and use a real company. This is as close to a SCAM as we've ever experienced with any company ever!!!!!!

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $300.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Vivid Seats Cons: Got scalped, Misinformation.

Same thing happened to me just now. Bought Saturday, got a Tuesday.
